I restarted the app and it's now showing up as installed but the version is missing. I don't know if much can be done about that one though as it in the uninstall section of the registry.
A quick check of the registry shows that the version is listed in "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\GOG.com\GalaxyClient" but I don't know if you go as far as checking on that for any products.
