I confirm the fix.
Patch My PC Home Updater 5.0.0.1 sees Oracle VirtualBox 7.1.4 as up-to-date.

I confirm the fix.
Patch My PC Home Updater 5.0.0.1 sees HWiNFO 8.12, as up-to-date.

To be clearer - The product is not listed in the "Green list of products", and when an update is available, the product is not listed in the "Red list of products".

Even though "Virtual Box 7.1.4" (the space shouldn't be there), is listed in the "Main Software" area.

Patch My PC is not detecting:
Oracle VirtualBox 7.1.x
... or any updates for that product.

This was working correctly for previous versions of Oracle VirtualBox, I believe.

Can you fix it?

I wonder if the detection could be setup, to still detect that an old version (using the old name) is installed, and show that it should be replaced with the new version (using the new name)?

That seems to make the most sense, to me, to tell the user that they have an old version that needs to be updated, which is the intent of Patch My PC.

Eh, I new your app needed a change as well, which is why I posted. Thank you for fixing its detection, soon.

HWiNFO detection seems to be broken, since 8.10 was recently released.

In Windows Settings > Apps, the old 8.06 version was listed as:
HWiNFO64
In Windows Settings > Apps, the new 8.10 version is listed as:
HWiNFO® 64

But now, PatchMyPC doesn't think it's installed anymore.

Can you please fix the detection?

Thanks,
Jacob

Weird.

- Discord told me it was 1.0.9002, from inside the app.
- Windows 10 Settings > Apps ... showed 0.0.309.
- I uninstalled from there, which uninstalled all of Discord, including my 1.0.9002 version
- I reinstalled Discord
- Now the Patch My PC detection logic works.

I hope I don't have to uninstall/reinstall Discord every time they have an update.
But I agree that this issue might have been caused by them not updating properly.

Thanks.

Discord says that it is fully up-to-date on my PC.
And it says it is "Host 1.0.9002" and "Stable 86917"

Yet Patch My PC indicates that an update is available, saying "Discord - 0.0.309"

This seems to be a detection issue or version comparison issue.
Can someone please investigate and fix it?

Thanks.
