I've checked the logs and it indeed says that a reboot might be needed. I've done this and now this version works! Ill check the version tomorrow to make sure that one also works.

We've deployed Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio v18 Updates, but the update deployed is v15.0.18369.0 (x64), which is an older version. This also doesnt update with error code 0x80070643(-2147023293)
