Report Bugs and Issues (Free Home Updater) / OBS version wrong

I have OBS 28.0.3 installed as seen here:

Yet, PatchMyPC says its on 28.0.2 and needs to update to 28.0.3 as seen here:

I am using the latest beta as well.
