It appears that the database feels that Blender 4.1.1.msi is current. When I got the current version from their website they provided blender-4.2.0-windows-x64.msi

I have upgraded to the 64 bit version. I seem to have the problem again (see the attachment) and thank you for your assistance

Program is not recognizing my EditPad Lite 8 v.8.0.0 as being current.
