My company have restricted the access to the desktop. Not possible to save anything on the desktop. This affect the possibilities to download portable apps. When I try to click on the Portable apps ribbon to change the path I got this error (see attached picture).

First apologies if this topic does not belong here, then please move it to the right place.

After I have turned on "Controlled folder access" in Windows 10 I got error messages about insufficient space for installations. This may be correct due to the fact that this feature prohibits the files to be installed (make changes to the disk).
I don't know how this (patch my pc) application works, but is there any way to do a workaround for this. It's possible to give an application approval to make changes on the disk, but what exe file (or other files) should I then point to?

I have used draw.io (web version) instead of Visio for a while. There is also a desktop version, free and opensource. It can import Visio shapes, think it┬┤s a good alternative.
