Might be that OBS just downloads and overwrites the files without further actions.
The solution might be to exclude OBS scanning in PatchMYPC, since it does update on its own.

I fixed this by uninstalling and reinstalling the Patch my PC version. I no longer use OBS anyway. Thank you though.

I have OBS 28.0.3 installed as seen here:

Yet, PatchMyPC says its on 28.0.2 and needs to update to 28.0.3 as seen here:

I am using the latest beta as well.
