I'm using PatchMyPC version 2.4.0.0, but this has been going on for at least 6 months.
When I start the program or click the Re-check Software button, "Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead" is listed in red as needing an update. Which doesn't make sense because Arma 2 isn't a program that PatchMyPC updates.
Also, I noticed PatchMyPC would always install Opera, yet I never use Opera, so I had to keep removing it.
Then it dawned on me....
"Arma 2: OPERAtion Arrowhead"
