Same applications keep failing over and over, others work just fine

Cisco Jabber 14 14.1.3.57304
And Update revisions failed as well
PuTTY 0.78 (x64)

We update browsers every night. Some computers will show v68.xxx.xx and their GUID [77b482c4-b8c6-3e7c-a524-3ea1d10cccd9} identical to the latest.
