Is this version QuickTime 7.7.8? Is your host Windows 10 that isn't showing the latest QuickTime SCUP update?

This is actually an issue with QuickTimes installer. As of version 7.7.8, it is not compatible this Windows 10. The installer will block the installation so we added logic into the SCUP rules to exclude Windows 10. You must have upgraded from Windows 7 or Windows 8 so QuickTime got migrated along with the installation. Hopefully, Apple will address this issue soon with another QuickTime update.
