Title: Deployment Options
Post by: akajester on March 13, 2012, 02:38:42 PM
Hello, I'd like to use PatchMyPC with SCCM 2007. I used the /s switch and was able to get it working. Can you provide a way to ignore certain programs via config.xml or some other cmd line method? I know the option used to be around.

Thanks!

Hey,

Yes, this can be done there isn't a config.xml anymore. The settings are stored in the registry under (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Patch My PC\Options). Run Patch My PC and go to the options panel and choose the updates you would like to skip you can then export the registry key above and import it to the target machines you want to have the same settings.
