Title: TeraTerm download error

We have been encountering an issue with PatchMyPC failing to download TeraTerm with the following errors:

A web error occurred while downloading the file: UnknownError An exception occurred during a WebClient request.

An error occurred WebClient reported an error during download (https://github.com/TeraTermProject/teraterm/releases/download/v5.4.0/teraterm-5.4.0.exe): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host [System.Net.Sockets.SocketException] HResult: -2146233079

I can download the file when I use a web browser no problem.  I've contacted our networks team to see if firewall rules are somehow blocking this specific download using the system account for some reason, but thought I'd simultaneously ask the forum to see if others are encountering the same problem.

Usually these are network blocks. Since the publisher runs as a service, sometimes firewalls will block downloads specifically if they originate from a service. It is also not uncommon for github downloads specifically to be blocked by firewalls.
