Title: Error during software creation in Patch My PC

Hello Patch My PC Support Team,

We have encountered an issue while creating software using Patch My PC. During the process, we receive several errors, including:

"The service is not connected to the Patch My PC cloud."
"An error occurred while processing custom rule detection script: System.NullReferenceException | HResult: -2147467261"
These errors prevent the software from being successfully created and deployed. We have already tried several troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.

A screenshot with the full error messages is attached.

Could you please assist us in analyzing and resolving this problem? If additional information or logs are required, please let us know.
