Title: [SOLVED] Patching Third-Party Apps on Windows Servers in an Intune-only Environment
Post by: JuliusPIV on February 13, 2024, 04:25:39 PM
We're 100% in the cloud, all in on Intune with no on-prem environment and no ConfigMgr.  What are our options for leveraging PatchMyPC for patching third-party apps on Windows Servers?

Hey Julius,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

PatchMyPc publisher integrates with Intune, WSUS, and SCCM. As Intune natively does not support managing windows server, we would be able to do it with Intune.

If you have a Standalone WSUS for managing Windows servers, then you can definitely leverage PatchMyPC in that case.

I would also suggest you schedule a demo with us, so we can go through the process and how it reduces the manual work. https://patchmypc.com/schedule-live-demo

Thanks for the reply!  No WSUS server in our Azure AD DS environment and I'm not sure I can get buy in for that.  But I do appreciate the confirmation!  Take care & be safe!
