Hello everyone,
We recently had an issue where the update from Citrix 23.9.1.104 to
23.11.0.132 worked, but when we tried to open the Citrix desktop, the process started and there was a message at the bottom right with "active". But then everything closed. It never opened a Windows where the Desktop should show up. After uninstalling the new version and installing it manually with the same parameters, the app worked.
I was just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

We have not received any similar case around this behavior. Is that possible for you to test the app, when the new version released and if you see a similar behavior, please reach out and we will look into it.
