Title: PatchMyPC DPI problem

The left pane is scrambled in ver. 4.5.0.3
I saw this same problem in the bug report forum for 4.5.0.1.
My user was logged off in that forum so I couldn't report this in the bug report forum.

What DPI percentage are you using? and at what resolution?
Also did you change the default font of Windows?

Hi,

I'm running 200% recommended.
Display resolution 2880 x 1620 recommended.
I didn't change the windows fonts but it wouldn't surprise me if MS did.
