Title: Download - Deployment Guide

Morning all,

Just looking to download updates and get them pushed out in our test environment. However the download is getting blocked (Denied)

HttpSendRequest failed HTTP_STATUS_FORBIDDEN or HTTP_STATUS_DENIED

Errors
   Failed to download content id 16793767. Error: The thread is not in background processing mode.


Is there a download/deployment guide available to help me diagnose this? I assume I may need to open the firewall up?
