Title: PatchMyPC updates not deploying to clients

I've set up the free catalog so that we can, at least, patch Notepad++, VLC and 7Zip in our environment.

Certificate is OK (we've been deploying Adobe patches via their 3rd-party catalog) for a while now.

I've published and downloaded the updates for VLC, NP++ and 7Zip. The deployment package is distributed to my DP, patches added to SUGs and those SUGs deployed to a collection containing one test machine (my own laptop).

However, despite several software update scan cycles the updates are, seemingly, never detected.

What else could be wrong?

Additional, the CAS.log and ContentTransferManager.log would be useful.
