Hi,
I┬┤m seeing multiple versions of the same application. Is it normal?
For the application 7zip as an example, it is showing 19 copies (7-Zip 19.00 EXE-x64)
No, that's not normal. Do you have a software update deployment package using the same source path as the application options source folder in our service?

Please send the logs above, and that will help.

I went to the software update deployment packages and saw that indeed i have a package pointing to the same location your service downloads the files.
May i change that?
Thanks.

Yes, please change that. The deployment package should use a totally specific folder for the deployment package update content.
The issue is the SCCM will delete all folders that are not related to the software update content in the deployment package. So, SCCM is deleting the app content folders, and the service is re-creating the apps because the source is gone. This will be handled better in the next update to our service.
Resolution:
- Change deployment pacakge source to UNC folder
- Cut UpdateID folders from old source folder to new
- Change deployment package UNC to new folder
- Delete all PMPC apps - https://patchmypc.com/how-to-delete-applications-created-by-patch-my-pc-in-sccm
- Run sync to have apps re-created
- Good to go
