The Docker Desktop updates are already 2 versions behind

https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/release-notes/

version 2.1.0.2 and 2.1.0.3 are not in the db, last version is already 20 days old

The thing is when we download it from here:
https://download.docker.com/win/stable/Docker%20for%20Windows%20Installer.exe 
It still gives us v2.1.0.1 !

bizar, version 2.1.0.2 exist and can be downloaded (https://download.docker.com/win/stable/37877/Docker%20Desktop%20Installer.exe)
but version 2.1.0.3 seems to be the 2.1.0.1 installer with a different name.

Exactly! I just noticed that we can download v2.1.0.2 !
Not sure if we should update it or wait a bit
