I see Reader DC 19.012.20040 in the updates list, but the full install is 19.012.20036

Hey,

That latest update is optional and isn't offered as the latest full install. https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousaugust2019qfe.html

It seems 19.012.20036 is the latest full installation for Adobe Reader.
