I am new to the "Patch." So please forgive me is I am asking this in the wrong place. There is a newer version of JAVA out there. How do we get the newer version added to the catalog?

What version isn't listed for you? The latest in the catalog is Java 8 Update 211 and this is the latest CPU based Java release.
