Good Morning,
After syncing the PatchmyPC third party software update catalog for SCCM today. Apps like Chrome and Firefox are not showing at all under All Software Updates (where they used to). Several syncs that are confirmed successful and restarting the SCCM client did not resolve. Just started since last month.

Do you have the updates classification enabled on the software update point classifications?
Hopefully this is where you meant. Sites>Configure site components>Software Update Point>Calssifciations All are checked including Updates.
