Title: hangs at Creating Restore point

This is what I get

Patch My PC 4.1.0.2 | Definitions: 06-Feb-2019 | 2/6/2019 12:09:26 PM

Creating a system restore point please wait...

It hangs at that point



When I then uncheck "Create restore point"  that does not take effect until I exit the program and restart it.

We are tracking this issue already, thanks for reporting though! Seems to happen on Home Editions SKU's of Windows.

ON my pc it seems that creating restore points was disabled. When I activate it for C: patch my PC runs, but did not create a restore point.
