Hi,

VMware Tools Version 10.2.1 is not an update for VMware Tools Version 10.2.5. Version 10.2.1 only fix an issue with "Windows 7 and 2008 virtual machines lose network connectivity on VMware Tools 10.2.0". Version 10.2.5 includes an updated network driver VMXNET3, which enables RSS by default.

Please, correct the update rules.

We are looking to get an update out today for this. It looks like we will just need to re-activate VMWare tools VMware Tools 10.2.5.3619. Based on the rules, 10.2.1 would not try to apply an update if 10.2.5 was installed.
