Title: Scup issues

Hi

We are currently having issues with SCUP, we use patchmypc to publish updates to sccm and then deploy this out to clients. The clients download the update but never seem to attempt the install. If I run manually it works okay. I can't find any errors relevant in the logs, any ideas what could be the issue?

Hi There,

Can you send us all your SCCM client logs using our contact form https://patchmypc.net/technical-support? If the client is getting the policy and seeing updates when available, it's probably not something to do with SCUP or our updates. The client logs may help us to find out why they aren't installing. Do you have any maintenance windows by change on your client?
