I connected the Adobe catalog to SCUP.

downloaded 3 patches to upgrade my PCs from any version of reader to Reader DC but it doesn't seem to be moving. Not sure if anyone has done this and can help?

We would recommend using the Adobe forum for topics around their catalog.
