Title: Uninstall - java only, or most updates?

Howdy,

was wondering if anyone can confirm if most/some of the PatchMyPC updates are generally published with uninstallers attached - I know for instance the most recent Java updates do, just wondering if that is general practice, or specific to the Java release?

Have been testing with the PatchMyPCTrial cab, and they seem to just either install over the top or alongside...

Hi Justin,

Yes, we test to ensure that older versions are removed during the upgrade to the newer version for all applications. Most installers handle this automatically.
