Title: Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redist not published

We have many applications being updated correctly by PMPC, but have found that Visual C++ 2015-2019 updates are not downloaded or published.  A sample client machine has 14.28.29914.0 installed, and 14.29.301330.0 is sync'd to software updates but not published.  This is happening on every client.

Hi Rory, Can you submit your case to https://patchmypc.com/technical-support and include the following logs from your server for review
