Microsoft .NET Core Runtime - 3.1.8 (x64) , I'm getting a false detection. It is not install on my device, but it is being detected as installed.

I just realized I have 3.1.4 installed. Would that cause the detection script to indicate 3.1.8 is installed?

Hey there,

We are working on resolving this one. Unfortunately Microsoft has the display version in the registry as a completely different version, such as '24.80.28821' so we are discussing how to handle this scenario.

We will let you know when this is resolved.
