Title: Deployments not being assigned to updated software

In our set up we have PatchMyPC apps being created in a subfolder. We have then set to not include the version number in the name. We have the updates set to update the exisiting metadata which should retain the existing deployments and we have it set to retain 1 previous update.
What we are finding is that the older app is renamed with the version number, which is OK, and the new app is created without the number as before, but the deployments are still attached to the old version.
Is there something wrong with this set up, or is there something somewhere else that we have missed?

Were these the original configurations or did they get changed? Would you be able to send a copy of your patchmypc.log to [email protected]
