Hi,

OS is Windows 7 Pro x64. Upon opening the program, it just says "Not Responding."

Does anyone know if this bug has been addressed?

Can you export the following registry keys for me?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

What specifically are you looking for?  There is a lot of custom information in those keys for my specific PC.
