Vivaldi Bowser not updated

Vivaldi Browser, albeit installed, is not reported and not updated (not shown on the right side). It's in the left side, in black only (as every program not installed).
All other browsers I have (Google Chome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Palemoon) are correctly shown (and updated in case).

Can you export the following reg keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

I hope you can access it this way

Can you enable Patch My PC from the options menu then restart Patch My PC? You should be updated to 4.0.0.51 and hopefully it will be detected in that update.
