Omit update from list

Hello,
How come I can't download and install the update shown on the image
attached? It is because it is a Windows update?
If so..can I omit it from the list in Patch My PC somehow?

Hi Martin,

Sorry for the late reply, this means you have older version installed with the last version, and you need to remove that old version !
That old version is the one you see in red :)

Thank you. Do you mean that I have to remove the old version in Windows' Add and remove programs?
