Title: Git 2.21.0 (x64) Update Issue

The above Git updated simply uninstalled Git from the machine.

All other required updates installed as successfully.

We use the publishing service.

Same kind of problem with 2.22.0... PMPC installs successfully but does not detect newly installed version...
