v10.3.1 will only update v10.3.0
Since v10.3 doesn't replace v10.2 or any older version so we have to make v10.3.1 only detects and updates v10.3.0
If you are ok with this then we will add it for you

We can't add it because it installs in "UserFolder\AppData\Roaming", SCUP can't look in "AppData" and registry doesn't help.

We are using the exe installer but they didn't release an exe installer with v0.70 ! And the msi installer doesn't install if the exe is installed ! We will see what to do ASAP.

We can only add updates for v10.3 until they release v10.4, They will stop releasing full standalone updates for the previous versions by then (v10.3) and will only release updates for v10.4 and so on.. this is their new system ever since version 10.1
Also v10.3 will not replace v10.2, and v10.4 won't replace v10.3 etc..
So if we added the latest v10.3.1 it will only works on v10.3.0
