Title: Bug: on Re-Scan

I've notice a bug when you do a Re-Scan.

1) I opened up Patch My PC.
2) I Scan took place. and I had nothing to update.
3) I check the Utility section.
4) There was a Disabled entry, I re-enabled the entry.
5) I re-scanned the Apps, and 1 Item appeared (The re-enabled entry).

However, the button to allow the update of the missing entry was disabled.

I had to exit Patch My PC and re-start before the button was enabled.
