Possible to add patchMyPC?

d7 had contained a PatchMyPC cfg or something that could run it silently. Seems like it would make a good addition unless there are already scripts that do similar things that I'm looking over

Yes, you can right-click any application and choose the option ÔÇ£Add as auto-install in PatchMyPC. iniÔÇØ. This will mark the selected applications to automatically install from Patch My PC.
