VLC Media Player 3.0.7.1 Download fails for expired certificate.

Good morning, hope this post helps anyone trying to publish VLC Media Player

I tried navigating to the url via IE on the server this ran on- https://mirrors.syringanetworks.net/videolan/vlc/3.0.7.1/win32/vlc-3.0.7.1-win32.exe

and received "The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid."

Looking at the site in Chrome- it looks like the certificate expired 8/11/2019   

So this ought to be sorted out pretty quick by whomever is responsible for VLC's site

Almost 3PM (Eastern) and the cert is still expired. Perhaps it's time for the PatchMyPC folks to to point the catalog at a different VLC mirror?
