Based on the error message you receive, it's a network issue. It could be a firewall blocking the download or your ISP or something else.

Hi Jaap, what release of PMPC are you using? The latest is 4.5.0.4 and works fine on Windows 11.

Hi matmoro566, can you upgrade PMPC Home Updater to the latest version (4.5.0.3) and try again?
If the issue persists, please send us the log file.

Hi MTREICHLER, thank you for pointing this out. I've updated WPP to account for this situation. Going forward it should be able to download from such websites.

Hey MTREICHLER, this is weird. IÔÇÖve just tested and, even though WPP doesnÔÇÖt show the "Not" group, there are indeed imported from the catalog. Actually, if you export the update and open the XML file you will see the "Not" group in the "IsInstalled" element.

  • Open the file explorer
  • In the address bar, type: %LocalAppData%\Patch_My_PC,_LLC\
  • Open the last modified folder
  • Open the folder with the name of the release number you are using
  • Edit the user.config file to delete the ┬½CustomClientSize┬╗ entry
