Hello,
This is our first time using PMPC. We are currently in a POC phase using PMPC Enterprise. Hope this is the right forum for this question if not please redirect, lol.

We are seeing issues when trying to publish updates for VLC Media Player 3.0.16 (EXE-x64). What I'm noticing in the log is it fails to download the package from  https://mirrors.syringanetworks.net/videolan/vlc/3.0.16/win64/vlc-3.0.16-win64.exe and then alerts us that it failed to publish. We have our firewall policies set so I navigate to the site and received a certificate error due to a recently expired certificate. When something like this happens are there different SFTP PMPC is able to redirect in order to resync download and publish the content or what would be the next step for us to take?

Thank you

We currently only have one download location per app, in cases like this we generally recommend using the local content path option. More info can be found via this https://patchmypc.com/local-content-repository-for-licensed-applications-that-require-manual-download

Essentially you can manually download the file and place it in the repository and have the publisher look at the repository before it attempts to download. This obviously isn't ideal long term.

We will reach out to the vendor and see if they have plans on rectifying the certificate error.
