I tried navigating to the url via IE on the server this ran on- https://mirrors.syringanetworks.net/videolan/vlc/3.0.7.1/win32/vlc-3.0.7.1-win32.exe
and received "The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid."
Looking at the site in Chrome- it looks like the certificate expired 8/11/2019
So this ought to be sorted out pretty quick by whomever is responsible for VLC's site
Almost 3PM (Eastern) and the cert is still expired. Perhaps it's time for the PatchMyPC folks to to point the catalog at a different VLC mirror?
