This just started happening with version 4.1.0.4 of Patch My PC: if I drag the app around the screen with my mouse, there is a 2-3 delay between the cursor moving and the app window catching up to it. If I turn off "Show windows contents while dragging" in the Windows Visual Effects control panel, the problem goes away. I have Windows 10 version 2004, build 19041.84 plus an Nvidia GTX 1060 video card.
