I enabled the application and the update in the Publisher, but neither are showing up in Configuration Manager.
The only error I found in the log states:
The number of updates found in the catalog is: 805 Catalog 24.02.2023 12:23:16 4 (0x0004)
An error occurred while getting package details for a product: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. [System.NullReferenceException] Logger 24.02.2023 12:23:16 1 (0x0001)

but I am unsure if that is linked to the Pulse Connect Secure Package.

Hey @pmptrad

Pulse Connect Secure is 1 of the applications in our catalogue that requires a manual installer download before our Publisher can package it. You can see this in the following KB article - https://patchmypc.com/local-content-repository-for-licensed-applications-that-require-manual-download

I'm interested in the Object Reference errors you are receiving. May you please click Collect Logs in the General tab of the Patch My PC Publisher and share the resultant zipped log bundle with me at [email protected] FOA Scott?

Hi pmptrad,

I'm following up from Scott's reply.

Pulse Connect Secure (x86) is no longer in our catalogue. The software was bought and rebranded by Ivanti. At this time, the successor we have in our catalogue is Ivanti Secure Access Client, however, this software is only available in our catalogue as x64 and not x86.

Do you need x86? x64 is generally preferred in nearly all circumstances for our customers.
