I am just setting it up for the first time and I am wondering what everyone is setting their update rules to? Do you skip the update if it is being used or do you kill the process before the update? Is killing the process going to piss off users by just closing their applications while they are using them? What is the best way to setup these rules?
Oh another question. Do you just select all when selecting the products? When I run the query I see some stuff I feel like I dont really need to update like "Apple Application Support" and "Apple Mobile Device Support". Just seems like crap that comes with iTunes.
