Can you send a screenshot

Sorry for the delay, is there a reason you wouldn't use our Publisher rather than WPP as it's more automated. Side note: the developer that wrote WPP is on our engineering team :).

A post-script would run under system context, so even if launched you user wouldn't see it.

Thanks for reporting we will try to get a fix out soon!
#81
Our hosting provider had a few issues yesterday that would have caused this intermittently
#82
You will want to reach out to the vendor for this app.
#83
You can use it in non-home environments, but we do have an enterprise product that will likely work better if you use SCCM or Intune https://patchmypc.com/third-party-patch-management-for-sccm-and-intune

These are usually firewall's or AV's blocking connections.
#85
Are you still having issues with emails?
#86
We are tracking a bug where it may not get created on all operating system editions.

Sorry for the delay, I see this was posted in the home updater section, not Enterprise support section. Are you still having this issue?
#88
Is this for our Enterprise product or home updater? I see it was posted in home updater?

Please check our video doc's here for this info https://patchmypc.com/home-updater

Unknown status means the machines aren't scanning against your SUP. There are a few things that could cause this could you please check out https://patchmypc.com/troubleshooting-sccm-clients-with-unknown-update-state

For the failure, we would need some additional info. The client side update logs would be helpful https://patchmypc.com/collecting-log-files-for-patch-my-pc-support#update-troubleshooting-client-logs via a support case here https://patchmypc.com/technical-support

Testing the update Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Update 21.001.20135 to my pilot group today appears to have issues.
Within the console it only reported as failed on 1 machine of 4 total. The other 3 are stuck as "Unknown" for the status of this software update group which only contains PatchMyPC updates. The other updates within the SUG have installed except for Adobe Reader. It states failed locally in Software Center for those machines. If you Retry the install in Software Center it does successfully install however. Currently on ConfigMgr2010, btw.

I have not seen this sort of activity in the past.

Thank you
