It's all based on assignments. If you send over your logs to [email protected] we can take a look. Specifically we'd want:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs\ruleengine*.log
The PatchDownloader.log (Location may vary)
C:\Program Files\SMS_CCM\Logs\PatchDownloader*.log (Most common location)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs\PatchDownloader*.log (Possible location)
%WinDir%\CCM\Logs (Possible location)
If unable to locate a current PatchDownloader.log, check HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CCM\Logging\@Global:LogDirectory on the site server

For most organizations using WSUS in combo with a Software update point  to create ADR rules works. You may need to add some additional products for newer versions of Windows but historically it works.

WuFB is a much simpler option as you just turn it on and let it do it's thing on the client end.

With ConfigMgr I'm assuming you're utilizing WSUS as of today for your updates? If you're not having good luck you could look into WuFB https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/sum/deploy-use/integrate-windows-update-for-business-windows-10

Anytime! Most likely during the installation the Intune Standalone option was enabled! Don't hesitate to reach out if you run into issues!

You should be able to set the following regardless of licensing.

I can't believe I didn't notice but you actually only have Intune enabled... to fix this go to the intune apps tab and select options. Uncheck the bottom two checkboxes. This should resolve that issue.

Have you restarted the box by chance? Just to make sure any services finish/restart that could clear anything up?

As it stands today this is currently not supported. We use an XML file to store the settings. Having multiple users accessing the file at the same time could result in conflicts.

You can change the timeout, I did just test in a lab and it took roughly 30 seconds to download so some throttling might be happening.

You can export your settings from the advanced section however I'm guessing you'd like some more fine tune controls around that? You'll want to submit it as a request on our ideas page found here: https://ideas.patchmypc.com/

Generally you shouldn't need to keep them, we do recommended using the retain functionality for Applications though with a setting of at least 1.
That way in the event an application doesn't work within your environment you'll have the previous version available to roll back to.
