Panda Protection  -  18.03.00.0001 <------------- This stays red even if you update it.

Is it possible to fix it? :)

What is the version listed in add and remove programs?

 it shows this in red: Panda Protection  -  18.03.00.0001
and when i click on the yellow update button it shows 18.05.000.000 and it updates and it shows that its finished, but then this version of the app still apeares in screen  18.03.00.0001 .

I have chosen it because it is cloud-based but while installing it show "There was an error during the process and it failed to complete successfully", How can I fix it.
