Auto Close Apps doesn't work with /s from a command prompt

I don't see anything in the registry regarding the Auto Clsoe apps.  I only see the Download Path, the Skip entries for things we don't want to update, and the Visible_Panel  items.

We should have a fix out on the beta channel. Can you enable Patch My PC Beta and retry it? Version is 4.0.1.11

Awesome, will likely release this broadly tomorrow in V 4.0.1.2. Your beta install should auto update to that tomorrow when released.
