Print Page - File "PatchMyPC.log" is created even for "Chk_Options

Hello,
logging is disabled in Options but log file "PatchMyPC.log" is still being created during application start.
Issue occurs after update to the latest version (4.5.0.0) and it was previously working fine (log file was not created).

# PatchMyPC.ini
Chk_Options_DisableLogFile

# PatchMyPC.log
27.10.2022 19:35:57 - Loading settings from .....\PatchMyPC.ini

Please check and assist.

works fine for me after update to the latest version (4.5.0.1).

# PatchMyPC.ini
Chk_Options_DisableLogFile
